I framed a set of reflection questions for you to answer around these five pillars. Sadly I can't change what you work on every day for you. This is something you have to do yourself. But here is the needed guidance to figure out in which area your work is not purposeful, leading to painfully hard and slow days.
Is there more information to learn about your work than you currently know?
How many times did you want to read books, listen to podcasts, or watch tutorials centered around your work within the last week?
Do you enjoy learning more about it?
Does what you learn directly affect how you perform in your work?
If you don't want to learn more, or can't, or it doesn't matter to how you perform... then a shift in the trajectory of careers might be valuable.
